Ocean's Harbor House Resale Shop is a 100% non-profit resale store representing Ocean's Harbor House. Contributors donate used goods in mint condition, and consumers are able to buy them for incredibly low prices.
Founded March 2, 2002 by Mary Kotzas the shop has been successful because of the support from the community. Volunteers from anywhere can help contribute to the aid of teenagers in Ocean. Every penny earned is given to Ocean's Harbor House, a home for teenagers who are abused at home, run away, and need a safe haven to go to in order to feel at home. Before heading to the mall, stop in at the Harbor House Resale Shop. We have a big selection of gently used clothing that may well suit your taste and your budget. You will also have the satisfaction of knowing that your purchase helps fund important programs for children in Ocean County.
Mary Kotzas had received donations and kept thme in her home until there was too much, and she decided to create a store to sell all her donations. Two years ago, the Harbor House Resale Shop bought an extra space to expand because of the large amount of donations, and now uses three rented spaces in the Holdiay Mall.
