Being from a large Italian family who's Sunday trips to either Grandmother's house always included multi-course feasts. My Mother's daily dinners and holiday buffets broadened our tastes as well as our creativity with every table item always displayed and decorated beautifully.
Along with my Mother's efforts and myself being a graduate of "The Culinary Institute of America" combined with our family traditions work together to bring you the area's finest in culinary arts to each event we cater.
